Designer Velvet by Graham & Spencer designed the Jayla top to incorporate a number of distinctive details from tassels to gathered sleeves. The top features a v neck adorned with tassles and pintucks around the collar. The pintucks are carried down to an empire waist and then the body of the top flares lightly to the waist. The sleeves are gathered at the cuff.  A stunning boho top that is full of details.
